Yes, as of release 4.0.1 :
Microsoft Azure-based Authentication
The Guest Access feature now supports Microsoft Azure-based authentication, which allows users to authenticate to the Wi-Fi network using Single Sign-On through their Azure Active Directory credentials. This feature simplifies the login process for users with an Azure account and eliminates the need for separate login credentials.

I mean AAA server setting in WLAN configuration. Is it posible?
Yes if your RADIUS Server can talk to AD and do this then you can simply configure wpa2-enterprise as security and add your RADIUS server config in the WLAN profile itself.
Microsoft does have lot of documentation on various models on how to integrate RADIUS based clients with AD.
