Wifi hotspot voucher network showing unsecured network

Good day 

I am currently running a setup with E410 wifi APs. My network is configured on Cnmeastro. Some of my user arew complaining that when they enter their voucher the network is still showing unsecured. Is there a way around this or an SSL certificate I can load to work around this.

Hi Kfletcher,

Could you please provide below information to debug further,
1. AP firmware version and CnMaestro firmware version/Cloud version?
2. Where are you seeing that the network is Unsecured?
3. If you are seeing this issue in wireless client side,Could you please help us with client model and screen shot?
