Windows Prizm installer error

I get the following error while installing Prizm on a fresh install of Win Server 2003, with .Net framework 3.5

ERROR EXECUTING ACTION

CONFIGSYSDSN; Unable to create a datasource for the ‘PostgreSQL ANSI’ drive; component not found in the registry
with error code -2147467259


Suggestions?

This is the error in creating PostgreSQL ODBC datasource. If you plan to use a database for Prizm other than PostgreSQL then just ignore it. Otherwise, you can manually create a PostgreSQL ODBC datasource.
