X7-35X Starts up with Radios disabled

I should have probably followed up on this. This is a feature of the latest firmwares. It’s to address not having enough power for the radios to start. If the unit reboots three times in 24 hours, it will disable the radios, thinking that there isn’t enough power. After some amount of time it’s supposed to re-enable them. I recommended that the radios blink SOS when in this state. So there is a visual cue as to why the radio isn’t accepting clients.
