XD2-230 - Does not support DFS Channels?

I have been working through some home lab testing with the XD2-230 and I noticed that the XD2-230 does not have any DFS channels has options in either radio. Is this just a limitation of the AP model itself, or is it something that can be updated via a firmware update?

XD2-230 APs due support DFS channels. Please upgrade to AOS 8.4.9 or 8.5.7 to see DFS channel support.

Just as a follow-up on this. I was able to upgrade to the new verison of the firmware and was able to see the all the DFS channcels on the XD2-230, until the next morning. It seems like the Mainline firmware was updated overnight and when it was replaced, removed the DFS channels again. After setting the Technology firmware type in the Automatic Upgrade preferences this was no longer a problem and everything is working great.
