Xirrus 630 IP Is not Reachable

Hi,

Recently we have received an AP(XR630) from Customer where last configured IP wasn’t reachable. So we had connected the AP with Xircon and found this. Please suggest what to do in this situation.

If you haven’t already, please raise a support ticket at https://help.cambiumnetworks.com/hc/requests/new :+1:

Simon Thanks for your response.

Please let me should I raise the support ticket under : Cambium Technical Support ?

If you’re talking about this form:

image

… then yes, I think you should select Cambium Technical Request.

@arefin350 From the logs you posted from Xircon console, it looks like the AP does not have an image to boot from. You might have to enter the u-boot by pressing any button when it asks you to enter the bootloader. Then use a tftp server to upload an image to the AP via the bootloader and then boot it.

Let me know at kaushik.prasad@cambiumnetworks.com if you have not yet received any support from the ticket you raised and I can give you the commands that could be used from the u-boot to upload an image from a tftp server and boot it.
