XMS WebSocket connection

Hello!

We have On-Premise XMS Controller for Xirrus AP’s and we got always this error message:
The Cambium XMS Server has detected the following Alarm Status: Critical Failure Object: 48:c0:93:xx:xx:xx Access Point Host Name: X218841XXXXXX Access Point Serial #: X218841XXXXXX IP Address: 172.16.xxx.xxx Date/Time: Tue Jun 11 17:37:52 CEST 2024 Message: No WebSocket connection

Did somebody experience the same? What can be the reason for that?

What version of XMS Enterprise are you using? What version of firmware is the AP on? Have you logged a support request with Cambium?

XMS server version: 8.4.2-15713
AP version: 8.7.0

I didn’t open a support case yet.
