XV2-2 - XV2-2- . which is showing "internal error" in Connection Status?

Hi, I am facing cloud connection and AP onboarding issue on existing 01 Access Point XV2-2 - XV2-2- . which is showing “internal error” in Connection Status. My on prime cnmaestro VM is working fine and input all valid registration entry in AP.
anyone can support to resolve.
