Observed this again.
Have an install with several XV2-23T.
3 units are connected to the same switch that is powered off when the area is not in use.
Last night they powered on that switch and my site monitor showed the 3 units being powered on. About 10 minutes later I get a call from the manager stating that they don’t see the SSID that is specific to that area of the property.
Log into CN Maestro and confirm that the units are online.
Walked over to that area and confirmed that the AP was powered up and Blue.
Used CNMaestro’s web interface to jump to the devices local IP.
Logged in with my phone.
Sure enough… It shows the 2.4 and 5GHZ radios as greyed out.
This would explain why they don’t see the SSID.
Select operations.
Select reboot.
Several minutes later the SSID appears.

I have observed this before and fixed it the same way.
Someone might wanna look into it.
