@madmax123 if you want to email me a tech-support log, I would be glad to take a look and see if I can help. Email me at gary.hansen@cambiumnetworks.com .
Hi @GaryHans
I send email with tech-support log. Are you receive?
Editing my response because I forgot the XV2-2T0 AP do not use an articulating mounting bracket and additional info.
Hi, I did receive your tech-support log and I apologize for the delay in my response. Your config looks correct, except you are using channel 7 on your 2.4GHz radio. The recommended 2.4GHz channels are 1, 6 and 11. Not that using one of these recommended channels is going to make a drastic change to the issue you are seeing.
I see you have the AP mounted 10m high (not super high). The tech-support log shows the client is connected at 2.4GHz with SNR of 21 (decent SNR) but RSSI of -74 (poor signal strength). I assume this was when you were testing with the client having line of site to the AP, yeah? If so, as a test and if would be interesting if you could lower the AP height to 5m and re-test.
A post was split to a new topic: What type of PoE should I use for XV2-2T?
