HI everyone, I manage my APs XV2T1 and XV2T2 on my on-premise cnMaestro, but mostly some of the APs are seen offline in the cnMaestro while when you ping their IPs they’re reachable. and when they’re offline in the cnMaestro the user can not get internet access. what might be the course of this issue and what is the solution ?
Are you able to access the local management web interface of the APs?
Actually my APs are online too and I’m able to access their web even for those which seen offline in cnMaestro
Can you look at the system logs on the APs to see if they say anything about being unable to connect to cnMaestro or other services?
