Today i tried to claim two new E500 on cloud version of the cnmaestro (2.2.1-r22) without success, When I logged in the ui of the ap i saw that there was a message (no compatible with the cnmaestro or something like this). The image version of the ap was 3.10.xx. The problem solved when i updated the firmaware to the latest release.. Please fix it because it is very important for us for claiming the devices without the need for update them first..
Hi jdres -- you can address this by going to Application > Settings > Automatically Update Device Software and enabling Allow Automatic Update of cnPilot Enterprise. We will enable this by default in the next release, and add a clearer message on the AP to explain how to resolve.
