To check the status of the Smart Antenna connection, access the web management interface and verify that the Smart Antenna parameter reads Smart Antenna is Connected, Power On.

This is only applicable in AP TDD mode.
Smart Antenna is Disconnected will be shown if the ePMP 2000 cannot communicate with the Smart Antenna to read a valid hardware identifier number. In other words, communication between the ePMP 2000 and Smart Antenna will be down.
Smart Antenna is Connected, Power On means the ePMP 2000 communicated with the Smart Antenna and read a valid hardware identifier number, no errors have occurred in communication since, and a proper power supply is in use (e.g. 802.3at-compliant or a supply that provides at least 20 W).
Smart Antenna is Connected, Power Off means the ePMP 2000 communicated with the Smart Antenna read a valid SKU, but subsequent communication errors occurred or an improper power supply was detected.
