5.11 When will it be available

When is 5.11 dropping? I am getting sick of rebooting a 4500 ap and/or subs to have some stability. I hope this is getting addressed.

You can always ask support for the Beta, it has fixed my random reboot bugs

Hi @DigitalMan2020 ,

we may publish a beta in this month!
Could you tell me your support ticket number or drop me a techsupport file. If we have a fix I can provide it right away.

Are you using PPPoE?

I’ve heard that for the last few months lol, It’s a shame we didnt get a 5.10.5 patch to fix the reboot problems, I’d prefer that over running my network in Beta. I’ts really the only issue ive had.

Is it possible to be issued the lastest alpha? I have received build 46 and would be curious about further progress.
It is already heaps and tons better than 5.10.

No we are not, more characters to make this post

Definitely need that beta sooner than later, I don’t know what to do when I have no issues with signal and connectivity/signal to tower is great but I have no throughput, I don’t lose internet connection but I have no bandwidth, link test to tower is good, 90 down and 25 up, rebooted the tower AP twice and my antenna twice, then it started working as normal

Hi everyone,

I’ve sent each of you the 5.11.0-RC52 build via PM in case you’re ready to try it out. We’re actively testing it now in preparation for a beta release.

If you notice anything unusual, please download a tech support file and send it to me via PM. Reboot issues can have different root causes, so I’ll need to review each case individually.

Please send firmwarw pm thnks

Hi @MUHAMMET_ALI_GULER ,

Thank you!

5.11 has been a game changer for me.

What have you seen? What issues where solved for you?

We experienced significant stability issues such as repeated base station reboots and client stations losing authentication while still remaining associated to the base. The only way to fix it was a hard reboot. MU-MIMO was also not functioning as expected either and causing various issues when enabled.

After updating, MU-MIMO is now operating correctly and both the base and all connected client stations have remained stable, with no further authentication drops or reboot events observed.

That being said, every network is different and this is my experience. above is MU3 at 80 mhz. This base station has 51 connected stations.
