Adding payment information for cnHeat direct billing

From time to time it may be necessary to add new payment information for your cnHeat direct billing. To do this please follow the steps below.

Direct Billing is in limited access at the moment. Before you can follow the steps below, you will need to contact cnheat@cambiumnetworks.com to be granted access.

Navigate to the Billing Account page

Visit https://support.cambiumnetworks.com/billing and click the relevant account.

Select the Payment Details tab.

Click on the Add Payment Method button.

Then you will be asked to select a payment method:

…and then you will enter the details for that payment method:

You may now have more than one payment method. If you need to remove a method, please let us know at cnheat@cambiumnetworks.com.
