Good Morning. A Question ?. is there any table that relates the Signal Level in dbi with the link capacity.

There isn't such a table, but what you can do is combine the use of the antenna pattern to determine relative signal levels from the peak and then use spec sheets for throughput based on modulation modes and channel size. You have to keep SNR in mind as well because modulation modes are dependent on not just RSL, but also SNR.
