Hi, I notice that the customer’s BER error rate increases after we changed to software 24.2 ? Are others seeing the same effect? Changed software 04 february !

Hi, I too have seen some change in BER once upgrading to 24.2 Beta, also having some subscribers have poor modulation as if interference is the cause but analyzer doesnt show anything crazy… i tried 20, 30 and 40mhz channels, same result. @Eric_Ozrelic any insight? are there bugs that may be the cause?
We have not seen any issues like this. 24.2 final just came out and should be available in cnMaestro cloud here in the next day. I’d try updating to that release and then checking back to see if you’re still having issues. If there are issues, I’d raise a ticket.
Implemented the update. I will definitely raise a ticket as we are experiencing very poor LQI on the downlink on 3-4 SM. Ive tried multiple frequencies and tried 20,30 and 40 mhz channels and there is no change. Its like there is interference but I did a scan with the medusa and it is -85 at the frequency we are at. Also did scans for the subs and same, -85
