hi,

It’s hard to tell from the error message, but it appears that you are using the wrong version of LINKPlanner for your platform. Please confirm the LINKPlanner version and if you are running the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows - along with the Windows version number.

Thanks,

Andy

I am getting the exact same error on windows 7 64 bit version. I deleted the linkplanner folder on the harddrive and deleted the registry keys after a uninstall and reinstalled the new 5.6.1 and I still get the same error, the 5.5.0 version works fine.

Hi Andrew,

Windows 7 is no longer supported now that it is obsolete. However if you delete the DLLs as mentioned in this thread it should work.

Thanks,

Andy
