ePMP 300-13 L failed booting

Hi, i have force 300-13 L and it was started to auto update the firmware. It failed, and suddenly it wont boot again. The LED is still on but I cant use it. I tried to flash it but the LAN port become unusable and started plugged and unplugged. I tried many solutions but it still the same. I even tried to hard reset the hardware but no luck. Can anyone help?

it sounds like something went wrong during flashing and your radio is in a recovery mode.
