Generating Diagnostic Log from a Xirrus AP

When you open a support ticket with Cambium support that involves Xirrus APs and the XMS-C or XMS-E management system, you may be asked to provide a diagnostic log. The Knowledge Base article below outlines how to pull those logs. Upon opening a ticket with Cambium support, it can expedite the process if the diagnostic logs are provided at that time.

In XMS-C, now you can also generate a diagnostic log for Xirrus APs and a tech-support log for Wi-Fi 6 XV APs by going to the Access Points window, click on the desired AP, click on Tools icon, fill in Name and Description and hit “RUN DIAGNOSTIC” button. Once the file has been generated, it can be downloaded now or at a later time.,
