Loss of connection

HI, I tried to open a support ticket but the page doesn’t load.

We keep getting the whole of the aps we have disconnecting from cnmaestro and then coming back 5 mins later. It happens seemingly randomly during the day.

Are you using Firefox? If so, this article may help:

There is an unfortunate bug in our ticketing system that prevents it from loading in Firefox if you have “Enhanced Tracking Protection” turned on. If that is the case for you, you can work around it by: Open the Firefox Settings Search for "enhanced tracking" [image] Click Manage Exceptions… Add https://help.cambiumnetworks.com to the exception list.
