We have a few people on staff that would love to take advantage of something online.

I think the way this would go is a webinar where you would sign up for an online class. The Instructor would use screenshots, video clips, and pictures with a Q&A at the end. Classes would be 100 per student.
Thoughts?
Or a series of training videos such as showing an actual install, screenshots of troubleshooting techniques, etc. with downloadable PDFs of training material and then have a monthly webinar with a Q&A sessions.
Good idea Jerry. I was about to ask the group about techniques they’ve found useful on making installs easier/faster/neater. Maybe your training idea will include some of these tips.

I’d share some of my own personal tips/tricks/methods etc. that I’ve learned over the course of my tenure here.
I have a straight through install guide for server 03 with postgresql completed, all text, nice and concise, if anybody wants it ill give then a copy.
