Continuing the discussion from:
We have multiple PMP 450 SM's connected to an AP that at least once a week stop responding to ping. They are still connected to the AP and passing traffic but do not respond at all. The way we have found to fix this is to drop the session from the AP and have it reconnect. This would be fine if it happened every once in a while, but it is happening once or twice a week. I have looked through the fourms but do not see anything on this. If you could help that would be great. Thanks.
having that problem now but also getting a time out when i ping

I’ve moved your post to a new thread because the other one was nearly five years old and unlikely to be relevant to current software. Please describe your problem in more detail (including the software versions you are running). Also, if you are looking for Cambium support, please see this:
The Cambium Community site allows users of Cambium equipment and services to discuss their experiences and help each other. Although Cambium staff do read and post on the site, it is not a formal support channel.
If you need help from Cambium, please raise a support ticket by visiting support.cambiumnetworks.com and clicking on Submit a request.
