I see you posted about this problem last year:

…and you also raised a support ticket. The support agent at the time asked you for more information, but it doesn’t appear that you replied.

I suggest you raise a new ticket and attach all the relevant information (tech support diagnostics file, screenshots of configuration, and so on).
