Have you already configured the R200 or is this the first time you are login into the device?
You may try a facoty reset. Here are the 2 ways that can be used for the same:
1. How to reset the cnPilot R200/201 using a ATA Analog Phone
2. Resetting R200/R201 to factory default (Hard Reset)
