vnWave v5000 and v1000 setup

Hello all,

I have a v5000 and v1000. This is the first Cambium equipment I have ever used and I am struggling to get the devices even setup and functioning.

I have setup a cloud Maestro account, I have onboarded the v5000 and changed its IP via the web interface of the radio. The radio never successfully onboards and isn’t visible from Maestro. Can anyone offer some help?
