Hello
With Cambium SSO I can’t see all of my ready maps.
With a regular login I see all of my projects.

Maybe I need somehow to import all of my projects somewhere?

Thanks a lot!

So logout of WiFi Designer. At the main sign-in page towards the bottom you will see a link that says “Already have a login?”. Click that link. Fill in your legacy credentials and click the “Link to SSO” button. All of your original maps will then be copied to your SSO profile. Let us know if that doesn’t work.

LetyNET, I created this community post, because I am sure that other users will have the same question. Thank you for bringing this up.

Unfortunately when I do “link to SSO“ it links with wrong user (my another login\pass links to SSO)

Unfortunately, I am still having trouble logging into the Wi-Fi Designer.

I have the following issue:

  • I have two accounts for cnMaestro (for example, A and B).

  • As far as I understand, both are also used to log into Wi-Fi Designer via SSO (Single Sign-On).

The primary account for accessing cnMaestro is Account A.
However, all my configured maps in Wi-Fi Designer are available under Account B.

What issues am I currently facing?
To access the current cnMaestro settings, I have to use Account A.
But to access the Wi-Fi Designer settings, I must first log out of Account A in cnMaestro, and only then can I log in via SSO to Wi-Fi Designer with Account B.

Otherwise, I am automatically logged into Wi-Fi Designer with Account A, where I have no configured maps.

Suggestion/Question:
Perhaps it would be better to implement an import/export feature for configured maps.
This would allow me to easily transfer the already configured maps from Account B to Account A.

This way, I wouldn’t have to constantly log in and out.

I believe this would be beneficial for other users as well.
Thank you in advance!

@LetyNET,

Cambium does not recommend having more than one SSO account per user for this reason. It makes things difficult to manage amongst the various solutions we offer. I will reach out over email to work with you to rectify this issue.
