WM 4.0 : Client is blocked

Hello,

can anyone help me please !!!
when WM client is launched by accessing url=“localhost:9090”, a Warning is idsplayed

“WM has not completely started yet. Please wait and try loading this page again.”,

BUT this message does never disappear and so Client is blocked, or is not able to access the server.
If i try to log in by clicking “Launch WM Client”, then this message comes systematically:

“Unable to establish connection with host”.

I do not know what to do to solve it. I have contacted Cambium support, and waiting for their help.
I am running WM on a PC with Windows Server 2008 R2.

Solved!

thanks to Cambium support team,

the database was corrupted, thus preventing some processes to start,

we had to erase the database, fortunately no vital data was there,

question without answer: why did the db got corrupted ?

Please find the below reasons for database crash.

1. If you are running old version of WM and you uninstall it. Download the new verison of WM and uploads the older database.

2. While upgrading to new version, if the upgradation path is not followed.

3. If you move the server from location to another or from one PC to another PC.

Below are the steps to check the data base and how to correct it. 

Try to use the mysqlcheck command. On a terminal:       
mysqlcheck -u root -p WMSDB

Command to repair:  mysqlcheck -u root -p --auto-repair WMSDB

mysqlcheck -u root -p --auto-repair --check --optimize WMSDB
