Many WISPs send expert technicians out to do installs and configure SMs in the network. The new Zero Touch feature builds on several new radio features and combines information from:
- Radio features
- Configuration File import
- Configuration File export
- Installer Color Code (ICC)
- DHCP Option 66
By combining this information, it is now easier to configure and manage the network. In addiition, this eliminates the need for the WISP to have to "touch" each and every SM that they want to register onto their network. It also eliminates the proverbial "fat finger mistakes" that occur when manually entering SM configuration information.
