Force 300-13L and Force 300-25L: Reset to factory default via reset button and power sequence, Firmware recovery

1. Reset to default via power sequence
   Reset to default via the power sequence is not available for F300-13L and F300-25L.
   This option is grayed out on GUI.

2. Reset to default via hardware button
   Push the reset button and keep for 10-15 seconds. ( but not longer than 20 sec )

3. Firmware Recovery
   Push the reset button and keep for 20+ seconds.
   When the device is in Firmware recovery mode, please use the described procedure to recover it via TFTP server.
